2. Trademarks and intellectual property

Pokémon, Pokémon GO and related names, images and sprites are trademarks and property of Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company and Niantic. Go-Dex is an unofficial fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and only uses them to identify Pokémon.

Go-Dex's own code and design belong to its owner.

3. Terms of use

To use account features you must be at least 14 years old and accept the privacy policy.

You're responsible for what you post in your trade list and in the chat. Harassment, impersonation, sharing other people's personal data, spam, fraud and buying or selling accounts or Pokémon are not allowed. External links can't be shared in the chat.

Trades happen inside Pokémon GO and are the responsibility of the trainers who agree on them; Go-Dex only helps you find them.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. Any user can block another from the chat or their profile.

4. Liability

Dex data (availability, shinies, backgrounds, forms and moves) is gathered from public community sources and may contain errors. The app is provided as is, without warranties, and may change or stop being available.
